Try this an easy to make yummy Creamy Green Pasta recipe. The freshness of peas and broccoli gives this dish a rich and healthy taste.
Ingredients
- Uncooked pasta 400 grams
- Onion one medium
- Garlic 5 cloves chopped
- Oil 4 tablespoon
- Broccoli blanched one cup
- Peas boiled half cup
- Fresh mint leaves 2 tablespoon
- Green chilies 1-2
- Chicken cube 2 or chicken powder 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh cream half cup
- Oregano one pinch
Making The Creamy Green Pasta
Steps to follow
Boil pasta as per the given instructions on the packet, drain and run tap water over it so that further cooking process will be stopped and pasta will not become sticky.
Heat oil in a wok and add onion and garlic sauté until become tender.
Now add boiled peas in it mix well and put half of this mixture in a blender add mint leaves and green chilli in it and make a smooth paste.
Transfer the blended paste back into the peas and onion mixture, now adjust to consistency by adding water and bring it to a boil.
Add a chicken cube or chicken powder, salt, and pepper, and cook on a very low flame for 2 minutes.
Now add blanched broccoli, and cooked pasta in it and mix until pasta is warmed up. Now add fresh cream cook for one minute, creamy green pasta is ready, garnish with a pinch of dried oregano. Serve hot.
