How to Make Italian Pizza Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoon water
  • 1/8 Teaspoon salt or as per taste
  • 1/8 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 Cup pizza sauce or ketchup Spring onion one teaspoon

Making The Italian Pizza Omelette

In a nonstick deep pan add olive mushrooms and onion, and sauté until it becomes tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Now in the same pan melt butter on medium-high heat. Whisk the eggs, water, salt, and pepper. Now pour this mixture into the pan and make sure it should set immediately at the edges.

As eggs sets, push cooked edges towards the center so that the uncooked portion goes underneath. When the eggs are set, put one spoon of mushroom mixture on one side of the omelet, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese, and fold it gently. Let it stay in the pan for one minute and then slide the omelet onto a plate. Sprinkle spring onion for garnishing and serve it with ketchup or pizza sauce.
