Final avocado on toast recipe

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • First make the pickled shallot. Peel the shallot and slice into skinny rounds.

  • Add the shallot to a small bowl or dish and pour over the purple wine vinegar. Stir collectively and permit to take a seat for 10 minutes, whilst you make the remainder of the recipe.

    1 purple Fresno chilli, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp chopped recent coriander, 3 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

  • Add 6-7 pickled shallot slices to every plate and serve. I wish to serve with the remainder of the shallot, so I can add a bit extra while i am consuming.

Additions:

  • A drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil – I generally add this if my avocado is not as smooth and buttery as I prefer it.
  • Crispy chopped-up bacon items – one in every of Chris’s favorite additions
